Montagne Jeunesse Chocolate Masks!

The weather in Ontario is amazing right now!

I've been trying to soak up every minute of it. Don't worry I have been lathering on the SPF to prevent any skin damage.

The SPF I use is non-comedogenic but I have been using my Montagne Jeunesse masks just to maintain moisture in my skin.

The theme for May is Chocolate!

I can't eat as much of it as I want. So why not put it on my face?

This week I used Montagne Jeunesse Hot Chocolate Masque.

Take a deep breath of our self – warming Chocolate Orange masque and you'll be in chocolate heaven! Mediterranean Clay cleanses dirt and oils from deep within pores. Rich dark chocolate and orange oil leave skin feeling soft and refreshed.

 

I love masks in general but my face always feels refreshed after using any of the Montagne Jeunesse ones. 

I swear there is no sexy way to take a picture wearing a mask.
So I will just leave you all with a shot of my eyes.

The worst part about traveling is not being able to bring everything you need!

How amazing would it be to bring a whole suitcase of makeup and accessories? It would be heavy as hell but totally worth it! Thank God for travel-sized items. Ladies, vacations are the best time to use up your minis/GWP and travel-sized items.

The Best Flat-Iron?

I don't usually do posts like this but I love getting input from you all!

Recently one of my favorite flat-irons totally died on me.

When I say die... I mean it fell apart in my hands. Its kinda funny but now I'm on the hunt for a new one.

Back in December 2011, I bought one from KISS. It's nice but I find that it doesn't glide smoothly. Tugging leads to breakage and I really don't want that!

Thankfully it was only $29.99 on sale..

Anyways summer is coming and I need to get a good one. I have a few questions for you:

It's been a while since I've done a self portrait. Believe it or not, I'm holding the camera with my right hand. I've perfected this because nobody has the patience to wait for me to take the perfect "shot". After 20 pictures this one was my favorite!

My Beauty Blogging Story!

When I started blogging, I told no one. Blogging was my little save haven. It allowed me to indulge in my love of cosmetics with people who share the same beliefs.

I was vlogging on youtube before I started blogging but hardly any of my followers followed me to this platform.

I basically started everything from scratch in 2008. The first person I told was my brother, then boyfriend and a few cousins. I recently told my parents last month and they were very supportive of it. Such a great feeling but awkward when they tell other family members.

Am I embarrassed? NO. Am I shy? NO. I just prefer to share my obsession with the people who I know I can engage and learn from.....

Colored Denim is back!

I remember rocking my first pair eight years ago.
Ugh...I sound old!
Anyways they are back and hopefully here to stay.

My favorites are the "stretchy" kind. You know the ones that don't feel like they are cutting off your circulation.

I wore my favorite pair on a date to the museum with my BF. YES.. That's a REAL dinosaur in front of me.

From my experience H&M, Marshalls, Winners and Forever 21 have the best fit for all body types.
