Maybelline Dream Fresh BB in Deep

BB cream movement was something that I "wished" I could participate in. As several brands started to roll out their versions, there never was a color that fit me. Even though there was a"dark" was in some of the lines, they were way too light.

I can't even tell explain to you my excitement when I found a "deep" at the Maybelline Fall Trends event.

So far I have been wearing it straight for almost two weeks. I'm in love!

8-in-1 Skin Perfector:
  • Blurs imperfections
  • Brightens
  • Evens skin-tone
  • Smoothes
  • Hydrates
  • Enhances
  • Protects with SPF 30
  • Oil-Free

I may be getting too personal but it's a great feeling to be included. YES.. I said it. I love when brands incorporate a good range of skin tones in their lines.

I am not just talking about dark tones. I spoke to a few ladies who actually found their perfect shade in the line (light/medium & medium/deep).

Here is a shot of me wearing the BB cream.
Doesn't my skin look amazing!
Hopefully, this post will inspire someone out there to try it out. Regardless of what color you I know you will find a match. If you have any questions leave them in the comment box below.

Do you like BB creams?

  1. I've been eyeing those BB creams also. Have you seen any changes/improvements in your skin's condition since you started using it? I like that it has spf 30. I'm big on sunscreen, I wear 85 and up and reapply like it's my religion. It would be nice if I could find a shade but I always have issues.

    1. This may work for you. The number one thing that I noticed is that I haven't broken out once wearing it daily. Which is really good.

  2. I have this in medium, and I love it! I know what you mean about having a variety of skin tones! I'm half Asian so usually have quite a difficulty finding the perfect shade for me, but these are great :)

A coworker of mine was looking into buying the Garnier one, but I talked her down. Told her to wait til she would play around with the Maybelline testers, as they were raved about (by you xD). Anyway they are on sale this week at Walmart, so i told her about it. Anyway can't wait to see them in store so I can play around with them as well :P

  9. Can't wait to try it! I tried the smashboxx BB cream in dark and it didn't quite work for me. I've also heard that the US BB creams are more like tinted moisturizers than bb creams, but I can't wait to give it a whirl! I'm off to the store!! Great review

  14. I often have the opposite problem as you with BB creams - they are all too dark! Hopefully Maybelline included us super pale gals as well :)
