How I keep moisturized in the winter- MAC, Gerber & Dermaglow

I cant believe I haven't done a post like this before! Living in Canada comes with its ups and downs. This is how I'm battling the winter 2011:

For ALL over:
MAC Naked Honey Salve
Formulated from honey, organic beeswax, sunflower oil, and other natural ingredients, this rich honey-scented and flavoured salve instantly moisturizers and helps recondition dry skin. Multi-purpose. Use everywhere.
I love this because its NOT greasy. I hate using products that make me feel like I'm putting petroleum jelly all over my body. This can used alone or combined to seal in moisture.

Elbows and in between fingers
Gerber Grins & Giggles Moisturizing Stick

Soothes dry, chapped skin

I got this at Big Lots in USA. I know its for babies   I love the fact that its small & lightly scented! I bring it everywhere because it`s not messy.

Arms & hands:
MAC Mineralized All Over Lotion

A moisturizing lotion for face and body formulated with M∙A∙C's exclusive diamond-infused Charged Water technology. Silky and smooth in application, dynamic in action: Fast-tracks hydration to quickly restore dry skin's natural balance. Lightweight, and free of fragrance, mineral oil, and colour. Use alone on face and body or blend with pigments or foundations to sheer out application. Good for all skin types.

This product is AMAZING!  Super Hydrating. Yes its $29.50 each but a little goes a long way. This is a product that I can use alone and not have to worry if I`m ashy a few hours after.

Face:
 Dermaglow Hydration Fix

Whether your complexion is dry, oily, or somewhere in between, this serum corrects dehydration by delivering an intensive dose of moisture. The result is skin that’s supple, youthful and radiant.

This is a Canadian product. I can only use in the winter because its thick!  Perfect Barrier to defend your face from the harsh winter weather.

Have you tried any of these products?
