Drink More Water- Strauss WaterBar

Water is an essential part of my life. Before the wedding, I was so immersed in water. I drank up to almost 2L a day and I was reaping all the benefits! On my wedding day, my skin was immaculate and I was even able to lose 10 pounds. Remember water aids in digestion, detoxing and boosts circulation.
