Stiletto Nails- Hot or Not?

Have you seen them on your favourite celebrities such as Rihanna, Adele, Lady Gaga or Beyonce?

I have a love/hate relationship with them.
They're very unique but kinda scary. Definitely not corporate office friendly (in my opinion).
Imagine the stares I would get if I was conducting a presentation with those bad boys. Oh man!
Since I'm about to cut my nails off, so I decided to play around with the trend a bit.

I should have taken pictures of my process but it was sooooo basic.
All I did was take a nail file and file the edges of my nails until they came to a point.
I know I didn't get the claw look but you get the point(pun intended).

    I'm kind of indifferent about them. I don't like the look on me, but it doesn't offend me if I see it on someone else.

    I wanted to try it out on mine before I cut them too! lol
    I hated them.. now I like them.. only on some people though. Not everyone can pull it off.

    I think it's fun for a specific type of aesthetic, but I definitely don't think everyone could pull this off! I like your slightly "toned down" version; Rihanna's nails are great for a high-fashion look, but I think I might stare a little if I saw someone rocking this at the grocery store!

    I used to kind of be a fan of this but I'm not anymore... just looks kinda gross to me now. I just prefer a classy rounded tip.

    This trend isn't for me. Scary when they are super pointy. I actually had a friend tell me that all I needed to do was file my nails once. LOL They HAD been filed. I prefer a more squared off shape with slightly rounded edges. She was in her prime in the 60s when more pointy nails were envogue. Hence the reason she thought mine were "unfinished". LOL The points actually weaken the nails & they break more easily than other styles. Different strokes. :O)

    I love the stiletto trend!!! It also depends on how you rock it because presentation is the key. Please do not rock these nails with ashy hands and chipped polish, it would be definite no go! Lol
