Make Up For Ever: Rouge Artist Natural Lipsticks

I have a new obsession from Make Up For Ever to add to my collection.
Hello Rouge Artist Natural lipsticks!
Are these new to you?
If you're in Canada they launch April 5.
Check out your local Sephora for details.
Formulated with lightweight pigments and illuminating mother-of-pearl, Rouge Artist Natural provides translucent shine with sheer yet radiant color that will naturally enhance any look. The lipstick’s smooth texture glides on effortlessly and boasts maximum hydration and comfort. CuapaƧu Butter, which is rich in Essential Fatty Acids, along with Candelilla and Beeswax, add moisture to the lips and improve the longevity of the color.
Rouge Artist Natural N7, N17 & N37.

N7- Icy Brown
N17- Iridescent Fresh Pink
N37- Iridescent Icy Coral

I am always looking for the perfect nude.
My ideal is a nude lipstick that I can put on without a mirror and not look sickly.

MUFE N7 gave me that exactly look that I wanted!

SWATCHES:
I love this lipstick!
In one swipe my lips look moisturized, shiny & soft.

Would you be interested in trying out a lipstick from this line?

Perfect Holiday Red Lip from Mary Kay

The holidays is the best time to rock a mean red lip!
I've been trying to decide what would be my go to color.. in other words I have wayyyy to much to choose from. A little birdy from Mary Kay dropped a lovely package off with their new products and immediately found my holiday lip.

Here is what I used:

  • I first feathered my lips with Mary Kay Cappuccino lip liner.
  • Secondly, I applied Mary Kay Nourishine Plus in Rock n Red.
  • Lastly, I applied Mary Kay Creme Really Red.

The combination is amazing!
The colors are rich, vibrant and overall fun.
At first I wasn't sure if the combo would work but it was fun experimenting and
seeing this amazing outcome!

SWATCHES:

I have no idea why I wrote Chocolate. Its really Cappuccino.

I think is color would look with any skin tone.
I'm ready for the Holidays now!
Thanks Mary Kay <3

Sleek Makeup Pout Paints-Pin up + Port Swatches

Sleek PLEASE come to North America!!
Thankfully I have a little angel in Wande who sent me some some UK goodies.
She has a lovely blog as well. Go check her out: Wande World.

The consistency is amazing. NOT drying, runny and a little bit goes a LONG way.
For the people who don't know what Sleek Pout Paints are here is a quick rundown:
New ultimate lip pigment that provides a blast of colour in one purse sized tube! The intensely saturated formula provides outstanding colour pay-off in just one tiny speck, and dries to a long lasting satiny finish. With a wide variety of Pout Paints to choose from you can mix up your very own unique shade using a combination of colours, or simply go for one stand out striking pop of colour.
Left is Port & right is Pin up.
Gorgeous aren't they!

Which one is your favorite?

Revlon ColorBurst™+ ColorStay Lipsticks Haul+Swatches

On my latest excusions to the USA, my bf and I went to a Big Lots near the border. Perfect place to stock up on snacks for the long ride and check out discounted makeup :P

While searching through the makeup section I found a whole bunch of Revlon ColorBurst™+ ColorStay Lipsticks with NO price on them. Luckily for me there was just men working in the store *happy dance*. Due to sheer laziness and lack of knowlegde they gave me all six lipsticks for $1.00 each!!!

That's a steal because there about $8.00 to $14.00 each in Canada.
I only picked up one initially but when I seen the price.. I went back and picked up five more!
I only swatched four and I plan to gift the rest :D

Lip Swatches!
I have enough nude lipsticks to last me a year!!
Have you tried any of the ColorBurst or ColorStay lipsticks before?
