Lunchbox snack ideas!

Are you tired of making the same lunch box meals for your kids daily?
With Ava I always have to switch it up. Or you know she will call me out! Just like all of us, different foods, have different seasons in our life. If you can- It's always best to shop in bulk.

That's my mommy blogger tip for you! LOL

I'm going to share some of my favourite snacks to give my daughter for lunch.

Cucumbers
Cucumbers are packed with nutrition and are great antioxidants. They are low in calories and have a good amount of water and soluble fibres, making them great for hydration in the body. I know Ava doesn't care about drinking enough water. So this is the best way to sneak some extra in.

Watermelon
All kids often love watermelons. Just some quick facts! Watermelon has vitamin C, which the body requires to produce more collagen. Collagen is important for immune function and cell structure. Vitamin C also helps in wound healing and gives us healthy skin. Plus it tastes so damn good.

 Grapes
You can add grapes to your kid's lunch boxes, and they will surely eat them. Apparently they're great for maintaining brain health. Don't forget to cut them first! I actually found a pickle cutter which I turned into a grape cutter and it cuts grapes into fours and makes it more manageable for Ava.

Tangerines
Tangerines are also packed with nutrients. They are high in antioxidants and also boost immunity. I always peel them before hand- so that she doesn't have to struggle with them at snack time.

SHOP

I'm always looking for new things to pack!
What should I pack next?
