Benefit Core Collection Swatches!

Last month, I had the opportunity to attend a really fun event at the Benefit Headquarters.
While I was there, they unveiled the Benefit Colour Core collection for 2013.
Doesn't the packaging remind you of that old Art deco feel?
The line also features one of the hottest trends right now for spring/summer- Pastels!

Thankfully, I was able to try out some goodies from the line courtesy of Benefit Canada!
If you have any questions, please ask them below.
Enjoy the swatches!

Creaseless cream shadow
..Crease-proof & budge-proof as ever! The 10 incredibly wearable shades (including original favorites r.s.v.p., birthday suit and skinny jeans) glide on easily and last all day long.

Cover-up goes incognito! This hydrating crease-control concealer - with Vitamin E & apple seed extract - hides dark circles & diffuses fine lines for a silky smooth, ultra-natural look. Available in three shades, it’s proven to keep skin hydrated for 6 hours!*
I know that this may sound crazy but I loved swatching everything in this post. I totally should start doing more posts like this. My favourite out of the bunch has to be the long wear powder shadow. Since I'm a dark/deep skin tone I didn't expect any of them to show up on me. The colours are actually really pretty. I feel like I want to incorporate Kiss Me, I'm Tipsy in every look.

Do you see a product here that you want to

  1. I've heard so many good things about Fake Up, I was worried the darkest colour would be too light but seeing you swatch that I am now at ease! Really want to get my hands on that! x

  2. Love Benefit~
But personally love the older black packaging~ that's probably cause I'm not as girly...but meh. Anyway despite loving Benefit stuff, I just realized I haven't tried their powder shadows! They seem to have great pigmentation in your swatches, so I should look in to adding one to the collection~

  3. I love the look of the lipgloss was! Beaaauutiiiffuullllll

  4. Id love to see what those lip glosses look like on xx all products look amazing though.. And re ur question, ive already cut at least 2/3s of my relaxed ends , im chopping as they get too thin, but im hoping to wait another 10 months because i dont want to chop until i can wear my natural hair in a bun :)

  5. the lip glosses look great and the concealer looks amazing I've never seen a concealer like that before.
