My blog is a beauty blog aimed at WOC interested in affordable make-up as make-up for WOC in the UK is limited. I post product reviews and swatches as well as some videos here and there all aimed at WOC interested in beauty.

What are some tips to finding the perfect red or pink lip?
I think one of my tips for red lipstick is to opt for a blue based red (true vibrant red) as this type of red works well on all skin tones, for pink lipsticks my tip would be to always pair a pink lipstick with a purple/plum lip liner. This creates a flattering ombre effect.

MAC Ririwoo Love

If you follow me on IG or twitter you will know that I've been speaking about this lipstick nonstop since February! I'm so happy and lucky that I got my hands on one. After waiting in cue for almost 30 minutes and then waiting 5 days for it arrive- I was so happy when it turned up on my doorstep!

I had Ruby woo but I lost it recently (in other words it got lost in the pile of lipsticks I own). This is the perfect replacement. Its pigmented, long lasting and gorgeous. Plus it's designed by Rihanna herself! I think the Retro matte formula has to be one of my favourite MAC formulas of all time. It's dry- so if you don't like dry mattes this is not for you. On Mother's day I wore this lipstick all day and it didn't budge. I just use an oil based remover to take it off.

It's so gorgeous!

If you missed out on this lipstick, you will have the chance to get it in June! No word if it will be sold in stores yet.

M•A•C Bloggers Obsessions Video

It's truly my dream to compose/edit a video which is full of makeup and such rich insight. Long story short, if you all don't know... half of my day job (9 to 5) is being a Director, Editor, Producer, Camera Woman and Photographer. While the other half is being a Digital Media and E-Business Specialist. Cool right.. but I love the beauty/fashion world. Making videos like this.. that's my DREAM!

One day hopefully I obtain my goal and spend my days doing something which involves makeup and fashion.

Haul: MAC Skinsheen Bronzer Stick in Gilty Bronze

Ive been walking around with a MAC Gift card for 6 months now... but a few weeks ago all of that changed!

MAC Surf Baby came out and I had to buy the MAC Skinsheen Bronzer Stick. I know some people feel that WOC dont need bronzers but I beg to differ. 

I cant explain how a quick swipe of bronzer as a highlighter can make you GLOW!

I got Gilty Bronze: Coppery bronze with gold shimmer.

The picture below is shot in Natural Light.

This bronzer was kinda pricey for the drug store consumer at $35.50 plus tax. 

All I will say is thank God for the PRO discount and the gift card.

I think my love first started when I saw Kim K rocking it with a gorgeous smokey eye..I made it my mission to find some nude colors that us WOC could wear too :)
