Maybelline EyeStudio Kit - Spiced Beauty Look

I'm super lucky to have been picked by Matchstick to receive the entire line of Maybelline EyeStudio!

It came with:

• A Huge Train case
• 12 Colour Plush Ready to Wear Palettes,
• 10 Colour Pearls Marbleized Eye Shadows, 
• 4 Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliners
• 4 XXL Pro Mascaras 

I know most of you have your mouth wide open and you wanna win the whole kit RIGHT?!?! Well after reading my post click here and vote for my look :) * It takes up to 48 hours for my look to be uploaded.

The look I created is called Spiced Beauty!

1. I started off with Eye Studio Gel Liner in Eggplant as a base.
2. I used the dark side of Eye Studio Color Pearls Marbleized Eyeshadow in Carbon Frost on the lower lid. 
3. I blended Eye Studio Color Pearls Marbleized Eyeshadow in Sinful Sinnamon with Bronze Blow out into my crease.
4. I used a very small amount of Eye Studio Color Pearls Marbleized Eyeshadow Bronze Blowout (the light side as a highlight) on my brow bone.
5. To make my inner eyes pop I used the light side of Eye Studio Color Pearls Marbleized Eyeshadow in Carbon Frost.
6. I lined my eyes with  Eye Studio Gel Liner in Blackest Black
7. Finish off with the XXL Pro Mascara on upper and lower lash line 

Eye Studio Color Pearls Marbleized Eye shadows are very pigmented and come in a lot great shades. My favorite is Carbon Frost. I love the silver flecks.


The gel liner is very smooth and durable!  Yes durable they last long!! I was under bright light all night and they didn't crease, so I recommend using them as bases as well.

Honestly it was such a great trip. The bf and I have never gone away for more than 1 day, so this was a fun getaway :)

Day one was spent in Poughkeepsie, NY with his family. Poughkeepsie is a serious place...the mall is like 30 minutes away!! But it's totally worth it because it has a Forever21, H&M, Hot Topic, Charlotte Russe...need I go on :o

The best part of the day is when we got to go on the ferry to the other side of Poughkeespie.
Now on to the outfit :)

I love this outfit! BUT i'm little iffy on the boots & hat..

Off the shoulder tops are my favorite.. I am NOT a regular t-shirt girl.. so off the shoulder gives me that edge :)

Oh ye! I forgot to mention that the graphic print is a plus!!

Also you can never go wrong with a pair of cute denim shorts. I think those are a perfect length but I can see someone battling me on that one!

If I had to change something I would change the boots to gladiators & lose the hat!

My phone goes everywhere with me, so I see no reason for it to not look it's best!

My mom got this plate for me for $20. Which is a pretty good price because it has a graphic on the back. I love Hello kitty so she made a great choice :)

This is such an amazing color! This is the first lipstick I fell in love with immediately.

Annabelle Glitterama Liquid Eyeliner: Reviews+Swatches

I was sent two Glitterama Liquid Eyeliners to review from Annabelle Cosmetics. Let me start off by saying I've NEVER used glitter near my eyes before! So this was my first time experimenting.

Glitterama Liquid Eyeliners:

Its long wearing formula is loaded with sparkling micro-glitter particles that catch and reflect the light. Its fine, tapered brush applicator picks up the maximum amount of sparkles and distributes the eyeliner smoothly and evenly.

The most important keywords are "micro-glitter". Products with micro sized glitter are safe to use near the eyes.

These colors are very pigmented. At first I was scared that I wouldn't be able to control the amount of glitter that comes out but these liners are buildable.

These liners can be used over nude eyes or over eyeshadow. Overall there perfect for a night out on the town!

Making your own nude Lips and Concealing Eyes using cinema secrets

I am extremely fortunate to have no under eye circles..THANK YOU Jesus. But just because I don't have them that doesn't mean that I should skip coverage under the eyes. I had to learn the hard way on my second photoshoot how important coverage is. Long story short the flash was so bright and it exposed everything! *Sigh*

For coverage under the eyes I used my Cinema Secrets palette in foundation palette 11. Click here to see which one.

I love how it highlight's my eyes without looking chalky! Plus this formula is soft and lightweight.
If your an MUA or a girl who really needs coverage this is a must buy!

Now on to the lips :)

As a woc it's super hard to find a good nude.. they all end up looking really pink on me.. so I decided to make my own!

This is how I did it:

1. Line your lips and fill in with a lip pencil that is closest to your skin tone. ( I used Cocoa from Amuse)
2. Apply a MATTE foundation that is your skin tone to your lips. ( I used Ben Nye's Matte foundation)
3. Set it with powder that is your skin tone. ( I used MAC mineralized skin finish in Deep Dark)

WARNING: Fab pics ahead..I had nothing else to do.. LOL

 So this is what you should look like at step 3...

:)

Lastly add a nude full pigmented gloss (I  used one out of my two faced box)

Voila! 

Your done! Now you can put all the stuff in your traincase to use!
